Chips were fresh and crisp! The fish?! My lord!! Hands down the best fish I've ever had. Very crisp and light. Not greasy! Owners a great guy aswell, the cheese and leek pie was surprisingly delicious! Although I would say work on the fried chicken as its always soggy/old and flavourless. But the fish and chips! Jesus!

We had cod and chips, portions are generous, could have fed four people with with two portions!! It was freshly cooked, nice light batter, was lovely and hot when I got home.. Wait was 10 minutes to be cooked, so didn't have to wait for long and not greasy. Clean environment. Good service and friendly staff. Would use again.
